16. x = 60, y = 61
since all triangles = 180degrees. 60 + 61 = 121. 180 - 121 = 59degrees. Since the two lines are parallel, y = 61. and all complementary lines should equal 180 so 61 + 59 = 120. 180 - 120 = 60degrees.
18. x = 70, y = 60
since two lines are parallel, x = 70. the angle between x and y is 50 because they’re vertical angles. so since all complementary angles = 180, 70 + 50 is 120, so y = 60.
21. x = 55. since both lines are parallel, x should also equal 55.
17. y = 45, x = 15. since the two lines are parallel, the opposite angle should also = 90 degrees. so 45×2 = 90.
x is 15 because this shape should equal 360 degrees. 90 + 90 = 180. so 14x + 4x = 180.
the other questions i couldn’t answer because i couldn’t understand the writing. GOODLUCK.
